Clear Breathing
Every day, the average adult takes up to 30,000 breaths. There are times, however, that breathing can feel more difficult. When this happens, you can find ways to regain that easy feeling of clear breathing.
FOR BEDTIME
• Diffuse 3 - 5 drops of doTERRA Breathe. Place diffuser next to bed.
• Apply Breathe Vapor Stick to chest and neck.
• Apply 1 drop of Cardamom and Eucalyptus on your chest and bottom of feet. Dilute with Fractionated Coconut oil.
OPEN AIRWAYS
• Place 1 - 2 drops of peppermint or Breathe oil in palm of hand. Cup over mouth and nose. Breath in deeply for a minute.
• Drink 1 drop of Peppermint and Copaiba in a glass of water.
• Rub peppermint and Breathe on chest and back. Dilute with Fractionated Coconut oil.
SEASONAL SUPPORT
• Take 1 - 2 TriEase Softgels daily as needed to help maintain clear breathing throughout the season.
